Dual SIM iPhones confirmed by China Telecom and China Mobile

"A recent report from Apple blog 9to5Mac claimed that the 6.5" OLED iPhone will be named the 'iPhone Xs Max'.

The middle one, meanwhile, is expected to sport an LED display, and will only have the first two storage capacities. Either way, early reports suggest that this dual SIM functionality will be exclusive to China. Three of them are shown on pictures of dummies of the upcoming iPhone XC on Slashleaks.

Apple's much-anticipated iPhone event is coming on September 12, and based on the (rather convincing) rumors out there, it could be one of the biggest launches for the company's mobile offerings yet.

It's also entirely possible that Apple might only announce some of these things at its event, and then either release the rest in a press release or have it just show up on its website.

Apple is said to announce two new iPad Pros on Wednesday - one with a 12.9-inch display and the other with an 11-inch screen. This device has been tipped to have tiny bezels - about half the size of the bezels on the costlier OLED packing iPhone models.

Before we go on, we need to comment on the name. The 6.1-incher replaces the iPhone 8, the 5.8-inch option is the follow-up to the iPhone 8 Plus and the 6.5-inch variant succeeds the iPhone X - in terms of pricing, at least. The ultimate reason that Apple is going to hold fire on 5G is the same reason that it took to 2016 to get a MacBook Pro with USB-C ports, or until the iPhone 7 to get wireless charging, or until the iPhone 6 to get NFC. According to the report, the iPhone XS with 5.8-inch screen will be priced $1079, which is roughly around Rs 78,000.

The Apple Watch has been a slow burn for the company, but has steadily grown in sales becoming a small but important part of Apple's sales shipping 3.5m devices in Q2 2018 according to data from Canalys, but still dwarfed by the 41m iPhones shipped in the same time period. It could also drop the 3.5mm audio jack adaptor, yet another reason to bring costs down. The glass panel in itself is decorated in white, space grey, pink and red colours, which means Apple might not be waiting until spring 2019 to start selling the Product RED version. Apple does not comment on speculation or rumours.

No, we're not going to get a round design - something that many think Apple has needed for years, despite a square / rectangle showing more info - but the screen will stretch further to the sides of the device, meaning more screen in the same footprint.
