Amazon Offering Free 2-Hour Whole Foods Delivery To Boston Prime Members

Starting on Wednesday, Whole Foods customers will be able to save on select items using Amazon Prime in a handful of new states, including Hawaii, Washington and North Carolina.

Commenting on the news, A.C. Gallo, president and chief operating officer at Whole Foods Market said, "Based on the positive customer feedback and successes we've seen over the past month, we're accelerating our timeline to expand these savings to all of our USA stores".

This spring, Amazon said it was raising the price of its annual Prime membership fee to $119 a year, up 20 percent from $99.

Plans call for the Prime savings to roll out to all 464 Whole Foods stores in the United States this summer.

All they have to do is open the Whole Foods mobile app, sign in with their Amazon account, then scan the barcode at checkout.
