Damarious Randall viral tweet most retweeted in USA this week

"Just to know how passionate this fan base is, it is really encouraging".

As many have already pointed out on his post, Randall never clarified what jersey he would buy all re-tweeters or how they would receive the jersey.

It became the most retweeted tweet by an NFL player ever, according to Pro Football Talk.

"Do I get a trophy?"

Randall is so confident in Golden State that he made an offer on Twitter. "But obviously it got the whole world excited about it, and I mean now I'm actually excited about it".

The number presently sits at just under 850,000 and only figures to go up from here. I thought what he said about his other teammates and how they are a huge part of it and how people who have not played the game or wore shorts or been in a locker room understand what it takes to win.

A native of Pensacola, Fla., Randall has quickly discovered that Cleveland fans stick together and if you disrespect one team, you incur the wrath of the masses.

He definitely said something stupid again on Monday night.

"I love when athletes engage with fans in fun and creative ways, so if Damarious is serious about the idea, I'd love to have Fanatics support him so he's not paying for his everything on his own", Rubin told SI.com in a statement.

One fan tweeted that there's "zero chance" Randall delivers on his wager, but he was quick to respond, "100% chance".

The Cleveland fan base called his bluff.

"Don't hit send", he said.

Randall didn't specify the type of jerseys he would purchase - Cavaliers, Browns or another team - or the quality. And it doesn't sound like he'll be receiving any loans from his coaches or teammates, either. "I said that to our football team".

The NBA Finals tip off this Thursday with Game 1 at Golden State, with the Warriors listed as 12-point favourites to earn the victory in the first game of the series.
