"An argument between the men ensued, with Ritchie striking Morgan as they sat in the vehicle", said Reinbolt.

The affidavit said the alleged victim told investigators that Harper was a friend of a friend who needed a place to stay.

Police say that when they met, the man threatened to release her photos unless she complied with his demands.

Officers learned that the teen had been jogging westbound along a path that parallels Arastradero on its north side when a man came out of the greenbelt and attacked her, police said. He's charged with two counts of extortion, sexual assault, publishing intimate images without consent, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance for the goal of trafficking.
