Birth Plans for Duchess Kate's 3rd Royal Baby Revealed

Birth Plans for Duchess Kate's 3rd Royal Baby Revealed

Although this baby will only be fifth in line, the popularity of William, Kate, George and Charlotte across the globe means the arrival of the newest member of the Windsors will be high-profile once again.

The two-year-old daughter of Kate Middleton and Prince William will become the first female to retain her place in line to Queen Elizabeth's throne, regardless of whether the couple's third child is born a boy or a girl.

On April 10, parking restrictions also came into force, with entrances and four parking spaces being cleared outside the hospital.

This statement has not been confirmed by the Palace, and Duchess Kate could go into labor earlier or later than that date.

Barriers and parking restrictions were being put in place outside the private Lindo Wing in preparation for the new baby.

Barriers have also been set up on the street outside the wing to accommodate press, camera crews and photographers who will assemble there once the Duchess has gone into labour. Along with that announcement, the newborn's gender, weight, and time of birth will all be revealed.

Upon leaving the hospital, the royals will return to Apartment 1A of Kensington Palace, from where they will issue a bulletin with the baby's name.

The anticipation to see Prince William and Kate Middleton's third child may be about to end.

Both George and Charlotte were also born in the Lindo Wing. It's said that the media has been barred from camping outside the lavish Lindo Wing, as they must wait for official word from the palace that Kate is en route to the hospital.

And speculation has been rife that the baby could be due on St. George's day (23rd April).

According to sources, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge won't know whether they are having a boy or a girl until the baby is delivered.

A little more - and the paparazzi along with fans will start to be on duty at the clinic, counting the days to the momentous event in the Royal family.
