'Fortnite Battle Royale' Goes Live On iOS

Since Epic has made this game only available for iOS devices, there is no any specific availability date for this game for Android platform. Yesterday, Epic Games sent out the invites to the iOS version of Fortnite to those who signed up to participate in the early trial run of the mobile port.

Now, Fortnite on the App Store is marked as an "Invite Event" but is downloadable, and the game client has a hefty size of 2GB. This roll out will continue slowly over the next couple of weeks, and then the publisher should launch Fortnite in the App Store proper for anyone who wants it. If you have signed up for the game to get it tested on your iOS device, you would soon get an email regarding the availability of this game. Now Fortnite Battle Royal is coming to both iOS and Android devices as Fortnite Mobile. But once you have downloaded the game, only those accounts that have received an invite from a friend or Epic Games will be able to log in. If you haven't already you may be required to create an Epic Games account. This update shelves the Smoke Grenade and adds remote explosives to Battle Royale. The website crashed for a short period of time as gamers bombarded Epic's website, but everything appears to have gone relatively smoothly as the first invites for the event began rolling out on Thursday afternoon. It's best to upgrade now if you have been waiting for the game to arrive. Fort now, they have released the Fortnite game only for the iOS users. "After you sign up at www.fortnite.com/mobile, you will be notified via email once you get in". That's what we'll find out as more people get a chance to play: is this Fortnite, or just a mobile version of Fortnite?

No other game has attempted this.

When Fortnite was first released it was a simple PVE game where players banded together to construct bases while fighting off zombie hordes. Once it does, you'll know what to do next.
