WWE Taking Steps To Make Sure Ronda Rousey Doesn't Get Booed

This may have been an attempt to keep the WWE fans from resenting her, according to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer. McMahon screeched at Rousey, before bitch-slapping her across the face.

While this won't be her first appearance on the show, it will be her first as a WWE employee.

PWInsider indicated that the company is booking Ronda Rousey & Kurt Angle vs. Stephanie McMahon & Triple H for this year's WrestleMania event.

On Sunday night's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event, WWE executive VP of talent, Triple H, officially introduced Rousey in front of 20,000 screaming fans at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

McMahon said on the follow-up episode of Raw Talk that she and Triple H plan to speak to both Rousey and Kurt Angle on Monday's edition of Monday Night Raw. Should they be looking to book her as a monster heel instead?

The program pitting Rousey against The Authority is off to a solid start, but it remains to be seen how they will effectively kill time between now and their likely WrestleMania match on April 8.

Whatever Rousey does next, you won't want to miss it. She gets slapped by Stephanie McMahon for her trouble and it's doubtful she will ever get her come uppance if the Wrestlemania rumors of her beating Ronda are true.

Rousey threw Triple H - the WWE's COO through a table before signing her contract, and she now looks like she'll be competing for the WWE Women's title at Wrestlemania. A mixed tag team match is the right route for WWE to take with her at the moment since it's unknown how she'll fare inside the squared circle.
