Stormy Daniels cancels appearance on 'The View'

"Jimmy Kimmel needs to have [Lewinsky] on his show if he expects us to watch an interview with Stormy Daniels and take it seriously".

In a cryptic and freakish interview with late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel, adult-film actress Stormy Daniels seemed to suggest she was still restricted from talking by a non-disclosure agreement, and hardly answered any questions about her alleged 2006 affair with President Donald Trump. The magazine says Daniels passed a lie-detector test and Trump's attorney had threatened to sue if it released the interview. "Doesn't look like my signature, does it?"

The pornographic actress, real name Stephanie Clifford, made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! shortly after Trump delivered his State of the Union address, and while she released a statement denying any relationship with him in 2006 shortly before the show aired, she proved evasive when quizzed by the talk show host. Until Kimmel noticed that the signature on the so-called official statement was not hers.

"This is what fascinates me... the signature on your original statement does not match the signature on the [Tuesday] statement", Kimmel told Daniels, before showing the audience several pieces of signed memorabilia.

"I also work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and I'm a man, according to the Internet today", she said.

Kimmel point-blank asked Daniels if she had signed the Tuesday letter, and her reply was non-committal.

She said she didn't know where the statement came from.

Getting nowhere with this line of questioning, Kimmel switched gears and asked about the 2011 InTouch interview, published this January post-WSJ article, in which she stated that she had an affair with Trump.

Daniels didn't answer, instead saying it came from the internet. Trump, through his lawyer, has also denied it.

Kimmel followed up, asking Daniels where the letter came from. In response, Daniels held up a puppet in her likeness with duct tape over its mouth. "She wouldn't be a good guest, trust me!"
