Jerry Van Dyke, comedian and actor, dies at 86

The younger brother of famed actor Dick Van Dyke, Jerry made his own name in comedy, most notably as one of the stars of TV's "Coach". She noted that a auto accident both were involved in two years ago provided deteriorated health in the aftermath.

Van Dyke was born in Danville, Illinois and carried a decades-long career in television that started with a debut on the iconic Dick Van Dyke Show.
